Our Zero Racism Policy reflects our firm commitment to eliminating all forms of discrimination within our organization. We will not tolerate any prejudice related to race, ethnicity, origin, sex, gender identity, medical decisions, body type, or any physical or verbal impairment in our hiring practices, workplace environment, or professional interactions. Any act of discrimination will result in immediate consequences, including termination of employment, cessation of communication, or nullification of agreements. Non-Discrimination Policy
SkyHighBrands LLC is unwavering in its commitment to fostering a workplace and environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. Our non-discrimination policy is designed to adhere to a comprehensive range of federal, state, and provincial laws that govern fair treatment and equal opportunity. This includes compliance with the Indiana Civil Rights Act (IC 22-9-1), IC 20-33-1, Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act of 1973, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as well as Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Civil Rights Act of 1991, the Canadian Human Rights Act, and relevant provisions of the Ontario and British Columbia Human Rights Codes.
Our policy applies comprehensively to all programs, employment practices, and operational activities. We explicitly prohibit discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by law. Abuse, including both mental and physical forms, is strictly prohibited and is subject to immediate intervention.
Our policy also addresses financial exploitation and scams, which involve unethical or fraudulent practices aimed at exploiting individuals for financial gain. Any involvement with individuals or activities related to pedophilia is unequivocally banned. Additionally, recreational drug use is not tolerated, ensuring that our workplace remains free from the negative impacts of substance abuse.
Our commitment to this policy is integral to cultivating an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone, regardless of their background, can thrive. We strive to create an atmosphere where all individuals have equal opportunities and are protected from marginalization or unfair treatment. Every member of the SkyHighBrands team is responsible for promoting and upholding this policy. This involves actively discouraging, avoiding, and reporting any instances of harassment or discrimination. The policy covers all conduct related to our platforms and operations, whether occurring during business hours or while using company-provided property or equipment.
In response to any discriminatory behavior, we take immediate and decisive action. This includes halting the offending behavior, ensuring that all parties involved are treated fairly, and addressing any residual effects of the discrimination. Disciplinary measures will be implemented as needed, which may include termination of employment or business relationships, to maintain our commitment to a safe, equitable, and respectful environment for everyone associated with SkyHighBrands LLC.
